Membership Details
Services not included with membership: NAD+ treatments (except with an NAD+ Membership), Iron Infusions, Custom IV Therapy, Stem Cells/Exosomes, Injection Packages, Skinny Shot Program, mobile service fees, gift certificates, and other specialty or premium services.
Hydration Room reserves the right to update its pricing, policies, and procedures, including membership pricing, benefits, and perks, with a minimum of 30-day notice. Hydration Room IV membership requires a minimum 4-month commitment; NAD+ membership requires a minimum 6-month commitment. Your credit card will be kept on file and charged on the day of the month you originally signed up on. You may only cancel the membership by submitting the Membership Cancellation Request form located in the footer of the Hydration Room website (hydrationroom.com). Membership benefits expire on each anniversary (365 days) of your sign-up date. Membership benefits and perks may be used at any Hydration Room clinic, excluding Seal Beach.
