Can I use my referral reward for any Hydration Room service?

Your referral reward can be applied to most IV therapy services and select specialty services, including NAD+ IV therapy, Iron IV therapy, Stem Cell therapy, and Exosomes. It cannot be used for injections, packages, membership fees, BOGO offers, or mobile service fees.

Can I refer friends who have been to Hydration Room before?

No, the IV Ambassador Program is designed for new patients only.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

There’s no limit! Share your referral code as often as you’d like, and enjoy rewards for each successful referral.

How will I know when my friend has completed their appointment?

You will receive an email letting you know you've earned your reward once your friend completes their first appointment. You can also view this in your customer portal. Log in with this link https://blvd.app/@hydration-room/login

What if my friend doesn’t complete their appointment?

Rewards are given only when your referred friend completes their first appointment, but there is no specific time frame for them to do so.

Do my referral rewards expire?

Referral rewards don’t expire! You can use them whenever it’s convenient for you, so feel free to save them up or enjoy them right away.
