Dr. Brett Florie founded Hydration Room in 2014 as a leader in incorporating Eastern and Holistic wellness practices with Western medicine. He believes everyone should have access to the highest-quality nutrient and vitamin IV and injection therapies, and it shouldn't require a visit to the ER or Urgent Care to get them. What began as a single clinic has grown into California's largest IV therapy provider, with 55+ locations and a team that genuinely supports each other.

We hire registered nurses, nurse practitioners, wellness coordinators, clinic managers, and corporate team members across our 55+ locations in Southern California and the Bay Area.

Full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, generous PTO, and complimentary IV therapy and injections, plus discounts on services and products. We also offer flexible scheduling with no overnight shifts.

For nursing roles, we require a valid RN license and strong IV therapy skills, we do not provide IV training. What matters most is clinical excellence, a passion for wellness, and a patient-first mindset.

Our clinics are modern, clean, and welcoming. The culture is supportive and collaborative, no overnight shifts, and a focus on educating and empowering patients to take a proactive approach to their health. Meaningful work helping people feel their best.
