Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to complete both the Annual Medical Clearance and a Consultation?

No. The Annual Medical Clearance is the only required step, every new patient completes it, then renews once a year. The NP Specialty Consultation is optional and a good fit if you have a complex health history, questions about specific therapies, or an interest in advanced or regenerative options. And because it includes the clearance, one appointment covers both.

Does either one cost anything?

Both are completely complimentary. They're part of our commitment to your safety and to one standard of care, for every patient.

Can I complete my Annual Medical Clearance and a Consultation in the same appointment?

Yes. The Annual Medical Clearance is a quick safety check on its own. If you'd like a longer, deeper conversation, book an NP Specialty Consultation, it runs longer and includes your clearance, so both are handled together.

Does a Consultation replace my Annual Medical Clearance?

It doesn't replace it, it includes it. When you book an NP Specialty Consultation, your clearance is completed as part of that same appointment.

Who conducts these appointments, and who are the NPs?

Every appointment is with one of Hydration Room's own licensed Nurse Practitioners, part of our team, never outsourced. They work with our IV and injection therapies every day, so they know them inside and out. Appointments are virtual, so you're cared for by someone who truly understands your therapy, wherever you are.

Is the Consultation available at every location?

Yes. Because these appointments are virtual, they're available to every patient, no matter which Hydration Room location you visit.
