Stem Cell & Exosome Therapy
Advanced regenerative science. A licensed provider by your side. Understand what these therapies are, and whether a conversation with our medical team is right for you.
Regenerative Medicine, Explained
Stem cells and exosomes are two of the most talked-about topics in regenerative medicine, and two of the most misunderstood.
There's a lot of information out there, and not all of it is credible.
At Hydration Room, we do this the way we do everything:
-
Clinically
-
Individually
- Guided by a licensed provider

How Stem Cells and Exosomes Differ
What Are Stem Cells?
Think of stem cells as your body's building blocks. They're the cells other, more specialized cells come from. Two things make them remarkable: they can renew themselves, and under the right conditions they can develop into different cell types your body relies on. That dual role is why they sit at the center of regenerative research.
What Are Exosomes?
Exosomes aren't stem cells. They are secreted by stem cells. They're the tiny messengers cells release to communicate with one another. These nano-sized vesicles carry proteins and other signals that cells use to coordinate. Because of that signaling role, they've become a major focus of regenerative science in their own right.
Two Approaches. One Conversation.
Stem cells and exosomes are studied in different ways, and a licensed provider is the right person to explain how each is being researched and whether either fits your situation.
| Stem Cells | Exosomes | ||
|---|---|---|---|
| What they are | Living cells that can self-renew and develop into other cell types | Signaling vesicles released by cells to communicate | |
