The easiest way is to schedule your treatment online. You can also call us or simply walk into any of our locations (subject to availability).

Nurse Practitioner Consultation

Before your appointment, you get a free phone consultation with one of our experienced nurse practitioners, who will help plan your wellness journey. They’ll review your symptoms, medical history, and any allergies to recommend the most effective treatment for your goals. Please watch your email after booking to schedule your consult.

Check In

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment and check in with the Wellness Coordinator. You should receive a new patient form via text or email prior to your appointment. If you have not already filled it out, you will need to once you arrive.

Review with Registered Nurse

Before receiving your treatment, you will briefly meet with one of our RNs in our private consult room. They will confirm your treatment and answer any questions. They will also administer your injection therapy (in the glutes) or your IV insertion.

Treatment

If you are receiving IV therapy, you will go into the lounge room, where you can relax and sip tea or water while you receive your IV drip. IV therapy usually takes 35-45 minutes. Private rooms with TVs are available in some locations; call ahead to reserve one at no extra charge.
